IntermediateNo equipmentLow impactSuggested: 8 reps

How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank with your hands under your shoulders.
  2. Lower your knees to the floor, then bend your elbows to bring your chest down.
  3. Lie flat for a moment with your hands beside your chest.
  4. Press your chest up first, then lift your hips onto your knees.
  5. Lift your knees and return to the high plank.

Form tips

  • Keep your hands and toes in place for the whole rep.
  • Move slowly through each stage rather than flopping down.
