AdvancedChairLow impactSuggested: 8 reps

How to do it

  1. Place a sturdy chair against a wall and kneel facing away from it.
  2. Put your hands on the floor under your shoulders and rest your toes on the seat behind you.
  3. Lower your chest toward the floor, keeping your body in one straight line.
  4. Press back up until your arms are straight.

Form tips

  • Brace your core so your hips do not sag.
  • Use a lower step to make it easier.
