BeginnerWallLow impactSuggested: 30 sec
How to do it
- Stand with your back against a wall, then walk your feet out about two foot-lengths, hip-width apart.
- Slide down the wall until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Adjust your feet so your knees sit directly over your ankles.
- Hold with your back flat against the wall, breathing steadily.
Form tips
- Press your whole back and head lightly into the wall.
- Rest your arms at your sides instead of pushing on your thighs.
- If it is too hard, slide a little higher and hold there.
