AdvancedDumbbellsLow impactSuggested: 10 reps

How to do it

  1. Set up in a high plank with your hands gripping two dumbbells under your shoulders and your feet wide.
  2. Brace your core and row one dumbbell up toward your hip.
  3. Lower it back to the floor with control.
  4. Row with the other arm and keep alternating.

Alternate sides with each rep.

Form tips

  • Keep your hips square to the floor instead of twisting.
  • Widen your feet to make it more stable.
