BeginnerNo equipmentLow impactSuggested: 15 reps

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your fingertips behind your head.
  2. Soften your knees and push your hips back as your chest tips forward.
  3. Lower until your torso is nearly parallel to the floor or you feel a stretch in your hamstrings.
  4. Drive your hips forward to stand tall again.

Form tips

  • Keep your back flat and your elbows wide.
  • Move from your hips, not your waist.
