How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Squat down and place your hands on the floor in front of your feet.
  3. Jump your feet back into a high plank with your body in a straight line.
  4. Jump your feet back in toward your hands.

Form tips

  • Brace your core in the plank so your hips do not sag.
  • Step your feet back and in one at a time for a lower-impact version.
