BeginnerNo equipmentHigh impactSuggested: 30 sec

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet together and your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height.
  2. Jump your feet out wide as you open your arms out to the sides.
  3. Jump your feet back together as you bring your palms together in front of your chest.
  4. Keep a quick, steady rhythm.

Form tips

  • Keep your arms at shoulder height the whole time.
  • Step out one foot at a time for a lower-impact version.
