BeginnerNo equipmentHigh impactSuggested: 30 sec

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and sink into a quarter squat.
  2. Lean your chest slightly forward and bend your elbows in front of you.
  3. Run on the spot with tiny, quick steps on the balls of your feet.
  4. Keep your feet close to the floor and your hips low.

Alternate sides with each rep.

Form tips

  • Think quick and quiet rather than high.
  • Stay low the whole time instead of bouncing up.
