BeginnerResistance bandLow impactSuggested: 15 reps

How to do it

  1. Stand tall holding a band in front of your chest with straight arms and hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Pull the band apart by moving your hands out to your sides.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together when the band touches your chest.
  4. Return slowly to the start without letting the band snap back.

Form tips

  • Keep your shoulders down and your ribs in.
  • Use a lighter band and focus on the squeeze.
