Seated knee tucks

A seated crunch where you lean back and draw your knees in and out to strengthen your lower abs and hip flexors.

IntermediateMatLow impactSuggested: 15 reps

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor and lean back onto your hands behind your hips.
  2. Lift your feet and draw your knees in toward your chest.
  3. Extend your legs out long as you lean back slightly.
  4. Pull your knees back in, keeping your feet off the floor.

Form tips

  • Keep your chest lifted and your back long.
  • Tap your heels down between reps for an easier version.
