IntermediateMatLow impactSuggested: 30 sec per side

How to do it

  1. From a lunge, lower your right knee to the mat.
  2. Step your left foot out toward the edge of the mat.
  3. Place both hands on the floor inside your left foot.
  4. Let your hips sink forward and down, holding as you breathe.
  5. Step back and switch sides.

Work one side, then switch. Timed sets run once per side.

Form tips

  • Lower onto your forearms only if your hips feel open enough.
  • Keep your front knee tracking over your toes.
