IntermediateMatLow impactSuggested: 20 sec

How to do it

  1. Sit with your knees bent and your feet flat on the mat.
  2. Lean back slightly with a long spine until you balance behind your sit bones.
  3. Lift your feet and straighten your legs as far as you comfortably can.
  4. Reach your arms forward alongside your legs and breathe.

Form tips

  • Keep your chest lifted instead of rounding your back.
  • Bend your knees to make it easier.
