BeginnerWallLow impactSuggested: 30 sec

How to do it

  1. Stand facing a wall, about a leg length away.
  2. Place your hands on the wall at hip height, shoulder-width apart.
  3. Walk your feet back and hinge at your hips until your arms and back are in a straight line.
  4. Let your chest sink toward the floor and push your hips back.
  5. Hold and breathe slowly.

Form tips

  • Keep a slight bend in your knees if your hamstrings feel tight.
  • Let your head rest between your arms.
